In addition, the electroplated bond in these Diamond Saws ensures incomparable cutting quality along with superior surface finishing that provides high material removal rate, extremely free-cutting characteristics and low heat build-up (can be used wet or dry).
Our advanced manufacturing process provides excellent bond strength between the diamond grains and the tempered spring steel body which reduces the chances of premature failure due to diamond grain pull-out. Moreover, the tool life is enhanced by our specially selected tough, blocky grades of synthetic and natural diamond grains. Owing to the optimum quality of our Diamond Saws, these are highly demanded by customers based in US, Germany, France and other parts of Europe, Latin America and Middle East.
