Further, these are prepared from 25° - 85° included angle and 0.002 in to 0.040 in nose radius for various applications. While manufacturing shank dimensions, angles, nose radius and carat weight of the diamond are given primary importance.

Manufactured using specially selected natural diamond of high quality; Chisel Type Diamond Dressers are used on Diaform, Akuform and similar machine. To ensure the longer working life of Chisel Type Diamond Dressers, we take the following into consideration:
• Select the larger profile angle
• Diamonds are sensitive to shock and impact
• Can fractured or broken by striking any hard substance
• Protect and store the tool properly when not in use
